Orthopaedics offers opportunities to develop new skills while working with children and adult patients. There are a few places in New Zealand that can offer you the experience of working with a nationally recognised Orthopaedic department. By concentrating on providing high quality treatment for patient in both, inpatient and outpatient settings, the service is able to also provide a great training ground for medical staff, thus giving the team a depth of knowledge second to none.
They are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to come on board and work with our multidisciplinary team.
This is an opportunity for you to provide expert care across a variety of challenging orthopaedic conditions. Teamwork is a prime focus in this outpatient unit with our senior nursing team sharing their knowledge and providing mentorship. You will also be able to further your education and learn new skills. Working within a culturally diverse environment, Their RN's are able to communicate and support our patients and whaanau to ensure that continuously high standard of care is provided at all times. Work days include Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1700hrs.
If you have a strong commitment to providing patient focused care, possess excellent communication and administration skills, a willingness to learn, accept change and are a team player they will be interested in speaking with you now.
Essential:
- New Zealand Registered Nurse or eligible to obtain registration
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- At least 2 years post registration nursing experience
