This role will appeal to a Practice Nurse to actively support the development of the practice’s potential by providing quality healthcare services in East Otago, New Zealand. This health centre provides 24 hours 7 days per week medical care. You receive training in a variety of procedures and lectures at the hospital in South Island as part of your practice nurse career.

The Medical Practice
This healthcare centre has a dedicated team of general practitioners, P.R.I.M.E/after-hour nurses, admin staff, and practice nurses. The medical team consists of three doctors, 6 nurses, 4 admins, and a practice manager. This health centre is based in East Otago of New Zealand and provides 24-hour, seven-day-a-week medical treatment to the Community.

Qualifications & Experience
- Successful completion of a 3-year Bachelor of Nursing degree (level 07 on the New Zealand qualifications framework).
- If not, then a 02-year graduate-entry master’s degree (level 08 on the New Zealand qualifications framework).
- Experience in working in a Primary Health Care community setting
- Current Registration with NZ Nursing Council in New Zealand with a valid annual practicing certificate.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NZ Health system and Primary Health Care environment
- Nursing support available
