A well-established public hospital is looking for a professional & experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join their dynamic team. This public hospital is committed to the application of the Children’s Act 2014 and its intent to improve the safety of all children. This position is not a Children's Worker as defined by the Act.
It is looking for a Nurse Unit Manager oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a health care facility, from supervising nursing staff, medical clerks and support staff, to monitoring patient care. This role required critical competencies and responsible for providing effective and accessible professional nursing leadership that strengthens and supports the nursing structure.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor/Master of Science in Nursing is preferred
- Level IV plus strategic thinking & planning
- Strong leadership skills, communication skills, diplomacy & the ability to take leadership of any situation
- Change, Finance, & Resource management skills
- Extensive clinical experience of minimum 05 years
- Prior administrative experience & training in both nursing and management
- Certification as a Certified Nurse Manager or Leader designation offered by the American Organization of Nursing Executives would be an added advantage
