The Opportunity
Our client’s medical centre is aiming to provide quality healthcare for all patients, with an emphasis on health education and preventative medicine. The new Medical Officer will be joining for a position with flexible working arrangements. Our client’s medical centre is an ACC accredited practice in North Island, New Zealand which provides high quality, low cost health care to the local community.
The Medical Practice
The facility is open on weekdays from 8.30 am – 5.30 pm and on Saturday at 8.30 am – 12.30 pm. This medical centre is located in a small, mostly rural suburb in the northwest of Auckland, New Zealand. The services provided by this medical centre includes minor surgeries, treating and managing long-term health issues and full range of general practitioner services. Private dental, pharmacy and physiotherapy services are available on site.

Qualifications & Experience
- Must have completed a six-year Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBCHB) degree
- Registration with Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ)
- Fellowship of Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) preferred
- GP candidate should be proficient with common general practice conditions
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience would also be an added advantage
- Nursing support available
- weekdays from 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
