A well-established public hospital is looking for a quality, patient-centered, and self-directed Registered Community Nurse to join their dynamic team, to work Full-time. The public hospital has vacancies for Community District Nursing, District Nursing (Clinic based), R-CAT (Rapid Community Access Team).
In this role, you will ensure nursing care of the highest quality in accordance with the Nursing Council of New Zealand scope of practice (Registered Nurse). This position has not categorized as a children's worker under the Children's Act.
The public hospital wishes to enhance the medical care services for the future and looking for an experienced Registered Community Nurse with great initiative to provide quality health care to meet the needs of elderly, disabled/vulnerable patients. This role is required to provide educational and advisory service for patients and families, offering information on various aspects of healthcare.

Eligibility Criteria
- Level 03 & 04 eligible New Zealand registered community nurse
- Excellent communication & demonstration skills required
- Should have a full & clean New Zealand driver’s license
- Must be registered with the New Zealand Nursing Council with a current APC
- Applications from Maori & Pacific communities are welcome

This public hospital opens on Monday to Sunday 7.30am until 4:00pm & Saturday 8am to noon and provides professional care such as outpatient services and day-stay surgeries. There is a wide range of specialists at the Centre, including dentists and pharmacists.
