Their Occupational Health and Safety achievements have been widely recognised as leading practice and they have an exciting opportunity available for a Clinical Team Leader or Senior Occupational Health and Safety Nurse ready to take the next step in your career.
They are looking for someone to lead their Occupational Health & Safety Service Nursing team, reporting directly to the Group Manager, to provide comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety Services to meet the needs of their growing organisation and their highly valued staff.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Nurse.
- Experience in developing and building team work, including guiding, mentoring and motivating others.
- Experience in the development, implementation and delivery of a range of specialist Occupational Health related services.
- Be a team player, but also like to have an autonomous aspect to your role and feel confident in making decisions and solving problems.
- Have outstanding communication, both written and verbal, including outstanding attention to detail.
- Have a great sense of humour, relationship building skills and a positive attitude.
